F23 Recent upgrade - autofs, ldap, sssd problem
by Dr J Austin
Hi
Following the upgrade today autofs no longer mounts
the maps provided by openldap
The error is

[root@hayling:/var/log]$ systemctl status autofs -l

Googling finds
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1189767
It would appear to have been an intermittent problem on my systems
(I assume at boot time) for some time as shown by journalctl
However with the latest upgrade it is a winner every time!
(Not just at boot time)
[root@hayling:/var/log]$ journalctl -u autofs-- Reboot --

Has anyone else seen this problem become worse recently?

notify updater with all history
by Maurizio Marini
Hello
by some days (2 weeks or something like that)
the notify popup that warn me that some updates are ready to be applied, does
show me a very long history of updates needed by my system, many lines are
replicated, I have a 15" screen and now it fills up all screen vertically
It is boring
What can be done to avoid it?

printer config that doesn't require NetworkManager
by kevin martin
Does anybody know if there's a printer configuration tool for Fedora that doesn't require NetworkManager? Everytime I want to
install system-config-printer it wants to bring in NetworkManager as s dependency and I'm really not at all interested in having
NetworkManager installed.

I would have thought it was just css setup by whoever runs the
hyperkitty web site to make it looks like whatever they want.
If it is hard coded and not css, then hyperkitty needs a much
much bigger enhancement request :-).

by Jagga Soorma
Hi Guys,
Anyone have any information on bugzilla 1324635. This seems like a private
bug being tracked by redhat but is major and impacting us. Basically nfs
gets impacted with large writes.
Thanks!

Change email address -
by Bob Goodwin
How do I change my email address for the users list?
The URL at the bottom of the page sends me to a page requiring me to
login. It recognizes nothing I have used for i.d. in the past and if I
try for a new login account nothing happens.
I must be doing something wrong?

'dnf clean packages' and then tried 'dnf update' but still get the same

Any idea to get this issue resolved?

Fedora 23 (4.4.9-300.fc23) ZFS problem after reboot
by Maikel van Leeuwen
Yesterday I upgraded a Fedora server to 4.4.9-300.fc23.x86_64, after the
reboot all my ZFS pools where
gone. After some fiddling and testing I created these set of steps to
solve the problem:
dnf remove zfs
dnf install zfs
modprobe zfs
zpool import
zpool import -D
zpool import raid1
zfs mount -a
Can somebody acknowledge the same problem and is this to be more expected in the future?
