All,
I am not able to get the memberof attribute to update when I add a user to a group. I have added users to a group using CLI LDIF and via the 389 Console. Any thoughts on what I may be missing?
I have enabled the following plugins and have restarted the directory server: Auto Membership Plugin MemberOf Plugin Referential Integrity postoperation
I am using the following 389 RPM's from RH:
389-ds-base-1.3.4.0-33.el7_2.x86_64 389-console-1.1.9-1.el7.noarch 389-admin-1.1.38-1.el7.x86_64 389-ds-console-1.2.12-1.el7.noarch 389-ds-base-libs-1.3.4.0-33.el7_2.x86_64 389-adminutil-1.1.21-2.el7.x86_64 389-admin-console-1.1.10-1.el7.noarch

Does the user entry have an objectclass that allows the memberOf attribute (or whatever attribute you configured in the plugin)?
The errors log might provide more information (/var/log/dirsrv/slapd-INSTANCE/errors)
Since you are on 1.3.4 this feature should be available:
