All actions comes in command line until section Set Up Multi-Master Replication. In this section all action comes in GUI. Why? Is this not a possible configure MMR using command line only?

This is possible right now through the use of ldifs being applied to cn=config.

access.redhat.com has great resources, and RedHat Directory Server for all intents and purposes is the same as 389-ds-base. This is a good place to start.
