Improved "fat-gcc" script

Hi Guys,
Attached is a fully working version of the "fat-gcc" script. This
version can now cope with multiple compilations at the same, C++ and
Assembler source files, and building shared libraries. It has only had
a small amount of local testing however, so if you do use and find a
bug, please let me know.
