I can test with RPI4, Pine64 and SoPine.

If there is a list of supported devices, then people can add their
names who have them and want to help test Fedora on them, that would
be very helpful. During the time of a release, QA can just ask them if
they have tested the release candidate image on them and get feedback
from them directly rather than putting more work on arm folks to test
the image on every supported platform.
