What disk image are you using? I believe all the images, definitely the minimal, as I use it regularly, have the required plugins and you can use the client to configure it.
In the minimal image there is the NetworkManager-wifi plugin, so I was able to configure wifi.
Just to follow up on this, the Server image should also have wifi for F-26 Final
