[fedora-arm] first boot without keyboard and monitor

Dear all, as a prospective first-time user of Fedora Server on a Raspberry Pi3: is it possible to do the first-boot system configuration through a remote connection? I'm not planning to have a monitor and a keyboard attached to the Pi ever and would not like to do it on first boot either unless it's absolutely necessary. Thanks, Wolfgang
