[fedora-arm] Another one ARM machine now runs Fedora!

Just (almost) finished setup of my Western Digital MyBook World Edition:

It's a Oxford Semiconductor Ox800 based device with 32 mbytes of RAM
and powered by ~150 MHz CPU.
