IIRC, Octa has merged into mainline since 3.13(I got news before said
3.14 is the deadline but they were faster):
You need to build a kernel first, then try to do anything you want.
Current f20 ships 3.12 kernel.
Current f20 actually has the 3.13.5 kernel but we don't currently support
any form of exynos device because they don't currently support the unified
multi platform kernels we ship so you still need a soc specific kernel.
