Looks like current version of the fedora-arm-image-installer does not have any Odroid SBCs on the list however looks kernel has included exynos5422-odroidxu{3,3-lite,4}.dtb so [robably one of those dtbs should be for Odroid-HC1.

So .. maybe someone have been trying to install Fedora (best rawide) on Odroid-HC1?

I'm looking for any advises about how to prepare sd card image or install Fedora over PXE. As long as this HW has 2GB RAM so it should be no problem with enough memory to start kickstart installer.
