Hi there,
I've done a fresh installation of Fedora 27 (Fedora-Server-armhfp-27-1.6-sda.raw.xz) on my Odroid H1. With Kernel 4.13.9-300.fc27.armv7hl from this Image the load after boot is nearly 0 without any service running. After Update to actual kernel 4.15.4-300.fc27.armv7hl the load reach up to 4,12. Is the behavour normal? No services are running, no other modifications, boot from SD-Card.
