Science/research/academic get-together at Flock

Hello,
Are any folks from the SIG planning to attend Flock?
If there are enough of us, I could propose a half day hackathon too.
It'll be most useful to bring together the community members that work
on science related software.
I've set up a ticket here, please comment on it. I will go reach out to
all the other science related SIGs also:
