Comment (by robyduck):
When awarding this badge the first time, FAmSCo agreed that it should go
to '''all''' organizers of an official and Release Party, also if there
are more than one event holders. Also the Release Party needs to be
included in the dedicated wiki page and the owner(s) has to write an event
report.
It's not thought as a badge for speakers or for contributors just
attending a Release Party.

Comment (by gnokii):
Where are the limits, what is an organizer? Can FAmSCo consider to giving
it not just to one guy, when there is more then one organizer and also
speaker? If so we could close
https://fedorahosted.org/fedora-badges/ticket/226https://fedorahosted.org/fedora-badges/ticket/209
and award one badge to all in the future
