Hi, Just to make you aware of a parallel potentially useful effort: Bruce Reeler (Red Hat documentation guy) strated some personas for OpenStack docs a while back, and I've been building up that set to cover various potential audiences for OpenStack. That work is ongoing, and here: https://docs.google.com/document/d/16rkiXWxxgzGT47_Wc6hzIPzO2-s2JWAPEKD0g... I thought some here might find it useful - I have tried to concentrate on common characteristics rather than assume use of or interest in OpenStack at this point. Cheers, Dave.
