Pull request for new cobbler setting
by Christopher Johnston
https://github.com/chjohnst/cobbler/commit/c5e53f7f36c01eaaaf9f7f47466de2...
I added a new cobbler setting to ensure that all client commands are forced
to use the localhost instead of the server setting. In my environment we
have cobbler nodes where we provide a remote server for that entry or the
VIP in the cluster (active/standby cobbler nodes). This is causing
commands like cobbler sync from completing as they can attempt to connect
to the VIP. The setting defaults to off, but can be turned on if you want
to force connections to the localhost.
Let me know if you have any questions.

Debian development environment
by Michael DeHaan
I'm trying to get things running on Debian proper (wheezy) from a clean git checkout.
aptitude install httpd python-yaml
git clone …
make install
etc.
Makefile's "make install" fails immediately since there's no "apache" user, by default, /var/www is root owned. I see Jasper's done some work to get some things going, but can't really make snese of what to do with them (in /debian).
For those that have things running on Debian or Ubuntu, how do you work starting from a checkout?
I'm fine with building the package and installing it directly but could use some pointers on how to do that.
I'd be more than glad to translate those for the Wiki with the quirks worked out. (And will do tho).
If I can get it running from Make install (or even checkout, well that's step two) that would be awesome.
Thanks!

Minor copyright updates
by Michael DeHaan
I've changed the copyright header "Red Hat, Inc" to "Red Hat, Inc and Others" as we've never required attribution and it's more accurate, while still acknowledging where it was created, and being inclusive of everyone else who has added to it.
Should not be controversial as everyone's contributions have always been there own (no CLA requirement was applied to those who sent in patches). For new files, I think "Copyright year-year, Respective Authors" or whatever is completely fine.
