I've added the "Rules for software packaged as container images"
discussion to the Fedora Cloud WG and upcoming FAD. BTW, can we
s/Docker/container/? Just because there are already a few container
formats.

Today at 18:00 UTC: Fedora Council FY17 budget review meeting

Today is Open Floor, but clearly finalizing the regional budget
allocation is a high priority. There hasn't been as much list
conversation as I'd hoped; possibly that means that people feel like
the strawman proposal I threw out is basically reasonable. I'd like to
get that finalized very soon.
