Hi, I am up for this task as I'm back again from a bout of illness.
Also here is my feedback for the discussion that has being going on
for designs related to FUDCon Pune.
* Henna design seems good on corners on poster (I'd remove it
nevertheless if everyone dislikes) but is not advisable on T-shirts.
Neither will a building look good on it.
* The T-shirt ideas need some more love. I'd like to have a slogan at
back with some simple design on front. I can create some mockups if
required.
* Mizmo's poster's seems perfect to me with most of the info present.
I'll make some changes to it, share and if OKed by all, run some test
prints here with a printer. I'd have loved the '0' in 2011 I did in
the past versions to be present somewhere. It's mean a lot to us as
its the 'spoked wheel' we have in our flag :)
I'm happy that the logo with henna crown is accepted :) and will
continue with banner designs from now on.

FUDcon Pune 2011 Tshirt design
by Buddhike Kurera
For FUDcon Pune 2011, I am planning the tshirt design.
I am thinking of following design.
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/File:Fudcon-india-tshirt-1-design.png
The front view use the event logo as already set on the middle of the t
shirt, at the back as it is shown a henna design will lead towards the left
side, top to bottom.
The henna design should be drawn, is there any ideas of the henna pattern.
Please improve my thoughts, ideas welcome.

Supplemental wallpaper voting
by Patrick Connelly
Thanks to everyone who submitted supplemental wallpapers for this
release and last release (which have been rolled into this release).
But, now it's time to pick our favorites. We will take voting from
now until the team meeting in two days. For this release, we will
pick 15 from our submission page [1]. Please either reply back to the
list or to mizmo so we can tally up your votes.

NOTE: I know 15 is a lot to choose, put please try. If you can't
find 15 that you like just send in the ones that you do like.

F16 Schedule Changes Proposal
by Martin Sourada
Hi all,
since the Desing Team meeting days were shifter from Tuesdays to
Thursdays I find it good idea to update our current schedule. I've
discussed it preliminary with mizmo and I would like if we could
discuss/vote on these on our meeting this week (I'm not sure if I'll be
present though). Here are the proposed changes:
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Talk:F16_Artwork/Schedule
You can add your comments somewhere on the page even before the
meeting in case you won't be present but want your opinion to be heard
nevertheless.
Thanks,
Martin

Another Pune poster idea
by Máirín Duffy
This came out of our meeting discussion. This adds more visual hierarchy
so that you can at a glance get information in the following order:
- why should i be interested in this event? (open source & free
software)
- what is the event? (fudcon pune)
- when is the event? (4-6 november)
- where is the event? (college of engineering pune)
- more details (description, topic list, URL, sponsors)
One question though, what time of day should someone show up?
