Welcome! We meet in IRC every other week in #fedora-design on freenode at 1500 UTC. Whether or not you can make that time, you can certainly read through our meeting minutes and ask questions and we can bring them up at the meeting for you. We also have a set of tasks we're working on at http://pagure.io/design/issues - if you see something that nobody is working on that you are interested in, you can feel free to start working on it and let us know here on list what you're doing!
