Hi team,
I created my variant countdown banner for F13 release. I upload sample image to wiki [1] and concept in the form of animation to my fedorapeople space [2]. Also upload concept .png picture (svg source will be later) "fedora 13 countdown template" (for easy create and translate this banner) [3]

Thanks, Alexander.

Wow, I'm impressed, you put a lot of work into it.

I think is OK to have it showing progress like this as long as someone (you?) is available to help translators with graphic editing if needed.

Technically the master image is "launched in 1 day", the final image is something like "f13 was launched", "f13 has arrived", "f13 is set into the orbit", "f13 is rocking"...

Another suggestion to make it easier - if you have the rocket launching, maybe you don't need to say 'launched in', you can just say 'X days' so translators only need to translate 'days' and you don't have to worry about running out of space for the translation as much (the space the 'launched in' text is in is a little tight)
I think this good way. I placed changed version to wiki [1https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/F13_Artwork#Release_Countdown_Banner ].

This work is amazing!!!!
Did you set up the SVG for translation? If you tag the elements in the SVG properly hopefully we can script the generation of the images.

This is so awesome Alexander, you rock. When do you think you can have the SVG available? Do you know how to tag objects in the SVG or do you need help with that?

I upload my source svg file [1http://inkscaper.fedorapeople.org/Fedora13/countdown-banner/source/] and upload bash script file (for easy export png files from svg template) [2http://inkscaper.fedorapeople.org/Fedora13/countdown-banner/script/ ].

I erased text 'launched in' and update wiki page [3https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/F13_Artwork#Release_Countdown_Banner], think it's good way.
