Hi, Since we moved from yum-langpacks to dnf-langpacks package and yum to dnf package in Fedora 22+ comps files, we have lost langpacks plugin in Workstation Live iso. Till Fedora 21 we were having yum-langpacks package available in Workstation Live iso. I am not sure what has changed when we moved from yum to dnf but we need this dnf-langpacks package to be added in the Workstation Live iso. I have requested this addition against spin-kickstarts package. See https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1286527 Can Workstation WG discuss on this and add dnf-langpacks to fedora-workstation-packages.ks file?
Regards, Parag.

We discussed this in the WG meeting and the proper fix may be to update our workstation comps group. I believe Michael Catanzaro was going to look at doing that.

Done!
Thanks Paul and Michael for discussing this issue and implementing in comps.

Just to clarify the current status: The langpack support is implemented as a dnf plugin, and the PackageKit dnf backend does not use any plugins. Therefore, langpacks don't work in gnome-software, and there is no UI at all to configure the desired languages.
