Very very very foolish imho, as rpm is rate limited by
decompression,
and bzip2 uncompress is known 5-7 times slower than gzip.
Is that a problem? Processors are speeding up faster than media are
getting larger -- thus, trdsing clocks for space seems like the
right thing.
I'm open to counterargument here -- I just want to be sure you've
thought through the tradeoffs completely.
