The latest rawhide/kernel leaves the system clock stuck on UTC. My local time shows up as what is really UTC. This has happened on two different systems I&#39;ve updated.<div><br></div><div>I&#39;m using ntp which appears to be running just fine. Still looking for the cause.</div>
