The kde-sig asked FESCo to consider up to 1 KDE version upgrade per release,
and this was generally well-received during the last FESCo meeting, so no
reason to panic.
When does the counting start? I see official KDE 4.4 RPMs on Koji for
Fedora 14 which date back to May. Does this mean that Fedora 14 won't
have KDE 4.6?
