Why not COPR?

  • COPR has been starved of resources for years, which has impaired its ability to provide reliable service at scale. Fedora Infrastructure refuses to consider supporting it officially and Fedora Release Engineering seems to have some undefined issues with COPR.

OK I would say that putting this into the very place where the other build system is starved of resources does not sound like it is going to work any better. You will need to price out what AWS is and find a budget payer for it. There are several groups who should be able to do so if they can find a real budget for it.
