We don't actually collect this information anymore, smolt has been put
out of its misery. Which is a shame, in a sense, but smolt never did
work particularly well so I guess I don't mind.
There is active work going on on the Census project to replace it. I
hope that works out better. Detailed and easily queryable information on
graphics hardware usage patterns would be *extremely* useful QA and
blocker bug process purposes.
