Please fix your packages and use f39-build-side-69394 side tag:
fedpkg build --target f39-build-side-69394
Since you already have the compat package, I would suggest merging the side tag as is. The compat package makes it possible for the package maintainers to switch over at their own pace when they have time to deal with this.
Also, please file FTBFS bugs against packages that failed to build.
