In a kernel-source*.rpm disabled world, this would mean adding headers
unneeded for compiling the _kernel_ to the SRPM. Since installing the
SRPM seems to be Arjan's proposed method of compiling a custom kernel w/
Red Hat patches I think that an SRPM that is bloated in this manner
should be avoided.
