and prevents duplication of the changelog across all the binary
subpackages from the same srpm, which FĂ©liciano Matias brings up in
this thread. Hmmm.... i think i like this.
And if the metadata generator could somehow easily extract the
changelog from the srpm and provide it in a separately-downloadable
file, we could still have a simple command-line tool to get to the
same info.
