This is a nice fit
/var/lib/rpm -> /usr/var/lib/rpm
But it's an ask directed at those who have already implemented this
change, if it's compelling enough for them to change again.
Sure, but my reasoning is that such an adaptation could be useful for
multiple cases, not just the rpmdb case.
