That's a little harsh---I have been in situation when I couldn't reply
to a 'needinfo' because e.g. I upgraded in the meantime, or I'd have to
reboot to a different kernel or something like that.
But you can reply to needinfo in these cases. You can reply by saying
'sorry, I'm no longer able to test this, we'd better close it'.
