benefit to throwing distcc/icecream at the problem ? Wouldn't help the
java builds, but would likely help e.g. the LibreOffice ones which
should be very parallelizable.
That would require support in koji/mock and a change in policy on the
way Fedora builds packages so is currently out of scope for the
proposal.
