Thanks Emma for reaching out to us. Fedora Diversity group started few
years ago and getting smarter each year :)
I took time to read some of the studies you have shared with us in blog
form and I am happy to share that Fedora diversity team is also putting
efforts in similar direction to build a matrix via survey to dig out the
actual problem areas.

Collaboration is key in Open Source world to progress. We will be happy to
share the survey and we will definitely be interested in the survey results
(Please let me know if you will be able to share them with Fedora Diversity
team to study later).
I am representing Fedora Diversity team for this Fedora Release cycle (for
next 6 months) and I can do the interview.
At the same time, I will be happy if any of the other active contributor
from diversity team want to do it as all of us know most of the things
about the subject.
