I took time to read some of the studies you have shared with us in blog form and I am happy to share that Fedora diversity team is also putting efforts in similar direction to build a matrix via survey to dig out the actual problem areas.

 

To those goals I want to ask if you would be wiling to share our survey with your community, and whether anyone representing this group would be available for an interview with our researcher - who is looking into how we might form a collaborative for D&I in open source. 

Collaboration is key in Open Source world to progress. We will be happy to share the survey and we will definitely be interested in the survey results (Please let me know if you will be able to share them with Fedora Diversity team to study later).

I am representing Fedora Diversity team for this Fedora Release cycle (for next 6 months) and I can do the interview.

At the same time, I will be happy if any of the other active contributor from diversity team want to do it as all of us know most of the things about the subject.
