Release Notes

Release notes are ready for your build, tested here on FC5/Rawhide
(current). I've tagged docs-common and release-notes modules with
"FC-5-GOLD-for-slip-ISO" for your convenience. Just so's you don't have
to look it up:
make html-nochunks
XMLTOTXTPOSTOPT='' make -e txt
I'll be around on IRC for several hours still.

Installation Guide - Minor Edit

en/fedora-install-guide-packageselection.xml, since it was likely to
cause confusion if left in place for release.

Text version of Release Notes

Hello, Paul!
Please look into attached patch. It helps me to generate Russian
text version of Release Notes with localized special items.
It allows preserve "lang" atribute for <article> tag within RELEASE-NOTES.stripped.xml.
So "Table of contents" and "the section called" replaced for translated version.
