Release Notes Beats Hackfest
by Zach Oglesby
All,
The release schedule is once again moving towards us at the speed of a train, and the Wiki freeze is on 2015-08-27. That date also happens to align nicely with our next US Office Hours,
so in order to facilitate the timely migration of the Release Notes to docbook, and thus to translators, we will be holding a hackfest on August 27 starting at 14:00 EDT (2PM) (18:00 UTC, 11AM PDT).
Office Hours are normally from 2-3 but I am going to attempt to make myself available for as much of the evening as possible to work, and help others work. Please join us in #fedora-docs if you
would like to help.
Thanks!

Notes from Flock
by Brian Exelbierd
Howdy,
At Flock this year there were two sessions of note for fedora-docs. The
first was a presentation by randomuser and bexelbie on a way forward for
docs. The second was a hacksession hosted by jsmith on how to make that
way forward a reality. Here are some notes on that session. I am sure
that something has been glossed over, so please reply with questions so
we can suss out the additional details.

Thank you.

Need Proof Reader for the Libvirt Application Development Guide Using Python
by David Ashley
All -
I have finished the initial version of the Libvirt Application
Development Guide Using Python. I need one or more people to volunteer
to proof read the document and pass along any comments or suggestions. I
think the document is in pretty good shape and will only need some touch-up.
Please let me know if/when you you will volunteer.
Many thanks ahead of time.

1st Thursday - bug-smashing day.
by Sandra McCann
Hi folks -
There is a proposal from today's doc meeting that we use the 1st Thursday
of the month as bug-smashing day during the doc office hours.
Are folks in favor of that?
Thanks,,
