The Release Notes titles are cute and all, but in a couple cases may be a little arch ("Are There Hideous Bugs and Terrible Tigers") for final release. Can we change them in those cases to something that's easier for translators and readers?

Yes but ... we need to make very, very clear titles. People are not finding what they are looking for when it is in there. When doing up the new outline, I was looking for something idiomatic that carried more meaning.

I definitely liked the new major-area organization A LOT. I was thinking about translators and trying to standardize the titles a bit. Maybe something like this:
"Important Facts About Multimedia" "What is New for System Administrators" "What is New on the Desktop" "What is New for Power Users" "What is New for Developers" "How to Deal with Bugs and Problems" "Legal and Administrative Information"
