Why would you need to do that? FEL ISO is standard Fedora 11 with FEL packages. So it is already pre-merged. If you are talking about a GNOME based Desktop as standard Fedora, then all you need to do after installing the standard Fedora is to
yum groupinstall 'Electronic Lab'

Hello Ann,
In brief Fedora Electronic Lab LiveDVD = Fedora KDE Livecd + electronic design and simulation tools
If you are using the default fedora desktop (gnome based), you can install FEL apps, with:
# yum groupinstall 'Electronic Lab'
If you are using FEL installed from FEL livedvd, you can get the default fedora desktop (gnome based) with
# yum groupinstall 'GNOME Desktop Environment'
(only the next time when you are trying to log in your account, just select GNOME instead of KDE)
I hope I made it clear for you and if you have any question, please feel free to ask :)
Kind regards, Chitlesh
