#33: need help for Kicad

Comment (by limb):
I dropped the eeschema desktop, and moved the pdf, which is still found if
locale is changed. I added /sbin/ldconfig to post and postun, but that
didn't help. Is there a reason these libs can't be in /usr/lib rather
than /usr/lib/kicad?
I can commit fixes Friday, I'll be AFK a good portion of tomorrow.

Yes English, but do verify that if you change the locale from the menu,
you can still open the kicad.pdf from the help menu.
> Re: 3: The .desktop files launch two different binaries. Why remove
either?
/usr/share/applications/fedora-eeschema.desktop[[BR]]
/usr/share/applications/fedora-kicad.desktop
kicad.desktop launches the project manager on which you can launch any
other binary that kicad ships even that of eeschema. Hence I think you can
remove the eeschema.desktop. eeschema can be launched from the
kicad.desktop by clicking on the first of the 4 buttons.
