In https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1090516
Jiri asked for removing Copr (and Playground) DNF plugin out of dnf-plugins-core.
Since this is not technical but merely political question I would like to ask wider audience:
Put your voice here please:
http://www.easypolls.net/poll.html?p=5358d77de4b06a67c5b08e05
If there will be significant votes for one option, I would do what most of you wish.
Otherwise I will forward it to Fesco for decision.

Playground DNF plugin
by Miroslav Suchý
Hi,
I created first prototype of Playground repo (you know - release early...).
The playground repo is just set of Copr repositories. I.e. some Copr
projects can have attribute "playground" set to true (currently no
interface, only directly in DB). I choosed randomly several projects and
set the flag to true.
There is an API call to get list of those projects:
http://copr.fedoraproject.org/api/playground/list/
(currently undocumented, because I plan to make some changes).
I wrote DNF plugin (based on Copr DNF plugin). You can test it by:
curl
https://raw.githubusercontent.com/akozumpl/dnf-plugins-core/master/plugin...
> /usr/lib/python2.7/site-packages/dnf-plugins/copr.py
and you can do:
dnf playground enable
which will enable all Copr project, which are marked as part of
Playground and store them in
/etc/yum.repos.d/_playground_<owner>_<projectname>.repo
and:
dnf playground upgrade
which will fetch new repos (by removing all old repos and fetch all
playground repos).
and:
dnf playground disable
which will delete all /etc/yum.repos.d/_playground_*.repo
As I said, this is first prototype (although functional) and it have
some glitches. But you can get the idea.
Is this the path we want to follow? Questions? Comments?

Deliverables and release engineering changes for Fedora.Next
by Jaroslav Reznik
Hi!
As it seems, Fedora.Next and product planning leads also to changes
how Fedora is produced and how it's going to be distributed to our
users.
For this, we need to collect product deliverables, so needed changes
for release engineering can be planned (and implemented) and as I was
talking to Dennis, we're are currently blocked on it.
I created rel-eng ticket - WGs, please, try to sum up required changes
there (in consumable way), so we have it in one place (for possible
overlaps in requirements etc).
https://fedorahosted.org/rel-eng/ticket/5891
Currently, Alpha Change Deadline is planned for no earlier than
2014-07-22, it's not as far as it sounds, especially if changes
in releng are needed. So let's try to work this out as soon as
possible.
I suppose, in the end, FESCo should approve requested changes in
product deliverables. So once requirements are collected, I'll
create (yet another) ticket for FESCo. Or even better - as Cloud
did - Change proposal would be the best solution, even after the
submission deadline.
(Sorry for cross-posting;-).
Thanks
Jaroslav

Question for enabling playground repository
by Miroslav Suchý
I am creating prototype of playground repository and have one question.
When user will be going to enable Playground repository, he should get some question with some warning.
When enabling Copr repository you will get:
>You are going to enable Copr repository. Please note that this repository is not
>part of Fedora distribution and may have various quality. Fedora distribution
>have no power over this repository and can not enforce some quality or security
>level.
>Please do not file bug reports about this packages in Fedora Bugzilla.
>In case of problems you should contact owner of this repository.
>
>Do you want to continue? [y/N]:
Can somebody with better literacy proficiency than me suggest some similar paragraph for enabling Playground repository?
Thanks in advance
