Yeah, I wish this was more widely documented, but CentOS' DTS 7 is now
built for ppc64le and aarch64.


So we have a problem with what is the canonical place for SCL's. I was going from http://mirror.centos.org/centos/7/sclo/ which just says x86_64. 

There are parts built in CBS but it isn't clear that these are any more official than a Fedora COPR... I will let someone with releng experience say whether that is ok or not.
