What's the plan with epel8 branching? I was fairly happy with needing to request branches manually like with did with epel7. Are we going to use the "epel8" name?

That is the part I am wondering about because of modularity and arbitrary branching. Does modular branches need to be epel8-<?> or something else?

They just need to be arbitrary branches where the module config says to also make them for epel8 (in addition to whatever else they build against).
