Indeed. I just forgot to build thunar-archive-plugin. :(

Took me a while to get to this but this is done now.

thunar-archive-plugin in built on epel8/copr I have submitted a pull request to get rid of nm-gnome from xfce group.

Testing and feedback is appreciated.
