I'm trying to compile ocserv in epel7 and compilation fails with

vi /etc/virc ps grep cat rm
If I add as dependency to the package vim-minimal, the compilation
succeeds. Is there something broken in the build process? The program
doesn't require vi at all (only readline).

Seems to be:
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1222529
ie, anything that pulls in kernel as a dep needs to also (for now) pull
in vim-minimal (until dracut is fixed)
