EPEL [HEADS UP] Mongodb 2.4.6 upgrade - Oct 7
by Troy Dawson
Hello,
This is just a heads up that we will be updating mongodb from 2.2.6 to
2.4.6 on October 7.
All of our tests on test and production machines have shown updates
without any problems. But I want to give enough lead time so people can
try it out for themselves if they wish.
Thank You
Troy Dawson
p.s. The previous email saying November 7th was just your imagination.

overwrites the data in the target files before unlinkg them. This
prevents command-line recovery of the data by examining the raw block

although it's unlikely that completely protects against this type of
recovery.

Product : Fedora EPEL 5
Version : 1.15
Release : 1.el5
URL : http://relax-and-recover.org/
Summary : Relax-and-Recover is a Linux disaster recovery and system migration tool
Description :
Relax-and-Recover is the leading Open Source disaster recovery and system
migration solution, and successor to mkcdrec. It comprises of a modular
framework and ready-to-go workflows for many common situations to produce
a bootable image and restore from backup using this image. As a benefit,
it allows to restore to different hardware and can therefore be used as
a migration tool as well.
Currently Relax-and-Recover supports various boot media (incl. ISO, PXE,
OBDR tape, USB or eSATA storage), a variety of network protocols (incl.
sftp, ftp, http, nfs, cifs) as well as a multitude of backup strategies
