Fedora EPEL 8 Update: zchunk-1.2.0-1.el8
by updates@fedoraproject.org
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Fedora EPEL Update Notification
FEDORA-EPEL-2022-5cc44df41b
2022-03-01 18:54:40.031540
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Name : zchunk
Product : Fedora EPEL 8
Version : 1.2.0
Release : 1.el8
URL : https://github.com/zchunk/zchunk
Summary : Compressed file format that allows easy deltas
Description :
zchunk is a compressed file format that splits the file into independent
chunks. This allows you to only download the differences when downloading a
new version of the file, and also makes zchunk files efficient over rsync.
zchunk files are protected with strong checksums to verify that the file you
downloaded is in fact the file you wanted.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Update Information:
* Added `--uncompressed` flag to `zck`, allowing for checksums of the
uncompressed chunks to also be stored in the zchunk files * `zck_read_header`
now gives information about what dictionary is being used by a zchunk file and
what flags are set
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
ChangeLog:
* Sun Feb 20 2022 Jonathan Dieter <jdieter(a)gmail.com> - 1.2.0-1
- Add `--uncompressed` option to zck, allowing for embedding of uncompressed
digests in the header
- Various small bug fixes
* Sat Jan 22 2022 Fedora Release Engineering <releng(a)fedoraproject.org> - 1.1.15-4
- Rebuilt for https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Fedora_36_Mass_Rebuild
* Tue Sep 14 2021 Sahana Prasad <sahana(a)redhat.com> - 1.1.15-3

2022-03-01 18:54:40.031527
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Name : lxi-tools
Product : Fedora EPEL 8
Version : 2.1
Release : 1.el8
URL : https://lxi-tools.github.io/
Summary : Tools collection to control LXI enabled instruments
Description :
LXI tools are a collection of open source software tools for GNU/Linux
systems that enable control of LXI enabled instruments such as modern
oscilloscopes, power supplies, spectrum analyzers etc.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Update Information:
# lxi-tools v2.1 * Remove scpi run commands from file feature Retiring
this feature as one should use the Lua script feature instead. * Fix memory
leak in screenshot plugins * Add extra features to the SCPI text view context
menu Add "Clear all" and "Save as.." features. * Fix printing of sent
SCPI command when using TCP/RAW A redundant newline is removed. *
Improve SCPI send button state change * Fix `appdata.xml.in` * Prefix SCPI
messages with timestamp, IP, and type Allow prefixing SCPI messages with
timestamp, IP, and type (REQ/RSP). Add preference settings accordingly.
Prefixing with IP is default. * Rename from metainfo to appdata because of
meson * Update application meta file * Update AppData path * Fix psu
data log test * meson: Require dependencies * Add doc section to `README`
* Fix memory allocation and GUI update outside of main thread (macOS
compatibility) # lxi-tools v2.0 * New lxi-gui application with many new
features Too many changes to list here. See git history for complete list
of changes. * Replace autotools with meson * Pass id to screenshot plugins
* Do not exit when screenshot plugin fails * Rename lxi option `-s` /
`--script` to `-f` / `--file` * Add lua clock API Add lua clock API for
measuring elapsed time: * `c = clock_new()` - Returns new clock *
`time = clock_read(c)` - Returns elapsed time in seconds since first read call
* `clock_reset(c)` - Resets clock time * `clock_free(c)` -
Releases clock handle First time `clock_read()` is called on a new clock it
will return a time of 0 seconds and the clock will start running. This
clock API is useful for time stamping data as it is retrieved from an
instrument. * Replace Travis wth CircleCI Travis is no longer free for
open source projects! CircleCI seems to be the new king for quick open
source CI. * Add Rigol DM3058 to instrument list * Add screenshot plugin
for tek 3000 series * Added Rigol DL3021 to list of supported devices *
Added screenshot support for Rigol DL3000 series programmable DC load *
Changed screenshot dg4000 regex to also match dg1000z series * Added Keysight
MSOX 6004A to list of supported device * Added Rohde & Schwarz NGE 100 to
list of supported devices Tested discovery, a few SCPI commands (`IDN?`,
`MEAS?`, `MEAS:CURR?`) and screenshot with the power supply R&S NGE 103B (NGE100
3-channels model). All works fine. * Added Rohde & Schwarz RTM 3004 to list
of supported devices * Added Tek MDO3024, 4 Series and 5 Series as compatible

Fedora EPEL 8 Update: bird-2.0.9-1.el8
by updates@fedoraproject.org
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Fedora EPEL Update Notification
FEDORA-EPEL-2022-f1716bda42
2022-03-01 18:54:40.031449
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Name : bird
Product : Fedora EPEL 8
Version : 2.0.9
Release : 1.el8
URL : https://bird.network.cz/
Summary : BIRD Internet Routing Daemon
Description :
BIRD is a dynamic IP routing daemon supporting both, IPv4 and IPv6, Border
Gateway Protocol (BGPv4), Routing Information Protocol (RIPv2, RIPng), Open
Shortest Path First protocol (OSPFv2, OSPFv3), Babel Routing Protocol (Babel),
Bidirectional Forwarding Detection (BFD), IPv6 router advertisements, static
routes, inter-table protocol, command-line interface allowing on-line control
and inspection of the status of the daemon, soft reconfiguration as well as a
powerful language for route filtering.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Update Information:
# BIRD 2.0.9 (2022-02-09) ## Changes * BGP: Flowspec validation procedure
* Babel: MAC authentication support * Routing table configuration blocks *
Optional prefix trie in routing table for faster LPM/interval queries * CLI:
New `show route in <prefix>` command * Filter: Faster (16-way) prefix sets *
Filter: MPLS label route attribute * Filter: Operators to pick community
components * Filter: Operators to find minimum and maximum element of lists
* BGP: New `free bind` option * BGP: Log route updates that were changed to
withdraws * BGP: Improved `invalid next hop` error reporting * OSPF: Allow
ifaces with host address as unnumbered PtP or PtMP ifaces * OSPF: All packets
on PtP networks should be sent to AllSPFRouters address * Scripts for apkg-
powered upstream packaging for deb and rpm * Support for Blake2s and Blake2b
hash functions * Security keys / passwords can be entered in hexadecimal
digits * Memory statistics split into Effective and Overhead * Linux: New
option `netlink rx buffer` to specify netlink socket buffer size * BSD: Assume
onlink flag on ifaces with only host addresses * Many bugfixes ## Notes *
For OSPF on PtP network, BIRD now sends all packets to multicast AllSPFRouters
address (as required in RFC 2328 8.1). This likely breaks setups with multiple
neighbors on a network configured as PtP, which worked in previous versions.
Such links should be configured as PtMP. * Since Linux 5.3, netlink socket can
be flooded by route cache entries during route table scan. This version
mitigates that issue by using strict netlink filtering.
