liburing-devel-2.3 has been added to CRB in RHEL 9.3. Hence liburing-epel should be retired (at least for epel9).

I thought RPMs of retired packages are also removed from the repositories. This is clearly not the case for liburing-devel [1] which is the only RPM of liburing-epel.
My initial report should hence be changed to: liburing-epel shall be removed from the repos.

Can it really be that there hasn't been a compose for epel9 in over six months?
