Description of problem: Cinnamon launches applications with a black background which makes letters unreadable. When i login in again with Gnome then Gnome launches the applications with the correct white background.

Fedora Linux 38 is no longer maintained, which means that it will not receive any further security or bug fix updates. As a result we are closing this bug.
