Description of problem: Package is missing dependency for python3-gobject.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 3.22.0-1.el9

How reproducible: always, as long as python3-gobject is not installed

Steps to Reproduce: 1. make sure python3-gobject is not installed 2. run meld from console, e.g. meld dir1 dir2

Actual results: Many error messages "TypeError: Couldn't find foreign struct converter for 'cairo.Context'" on console, no comparison in GUI.

Expected results: Comparison is shown in GUI.

Additional info: This is the same problem as bug 1832776, but for EPEL 9 (where it is not yet fixed)
