I will apply non CLA group but Kevin I created my fedoraproject wiki account last year (I'm working with the Danishka Navin and Truong Anh Tuan. ) and i did edit wiki pages without any problem for the fedora 24 release event also.

There was thought of making a new wikieditors group as well and just
having a large pool of existing contributors be sponsors and sponsor
people in as needed.
