Hey Akash,
I think it's a great idea and I'd love to be of help. I haven't met many
Fedora users in India and I think it's primarily because of general unawareness of
this awesome distro. Most of my peers didn't about the existence of fedora until they
saw me using it as a daily driver. I'm looking forward to the ideas we come with and
I'd like to be of any help to help in making the fedora community to be more known
than it is.
Can you start a thread on the India mailing list?
We had quite a strong community in India in the past. We even organised
a FUDCon :)

Volunteer communities have their ebbs and flows---if a sizeable number
of folks get busy with other things, the community slows down a bit. But
all it really needs is more folks to join in and make it active again :)
